Officer

Double H purchased Officer, who had been competing in the young jumpers, in the winter of 1999. Rider Cayce Harrison then began the process of making Officer into an equitation horse. With a huge, beautiful canter, Officer excelled in the equitation division, and together this pair had many ribbons at the Winter Equestrian Festival, Devon Horse Show, and Kentucky Horse Show. Notably, they finished 2nd in the Calvin Equitation Classic at the Hampton Classic, 2nd in the Kathy Scholl Equitation Classic at Lake Placid, top 25 at USEF Medal Finals, and 4th at the Washington International Horse Show Equitation Final. After Cayce’s junior career was finished, Daisy Johnson took over the reins of Officer, and they also went on to have a successful partnership.
